Super healthy! Super simple! For when you need some angelic food.


1 cup peas
1 cup spinach
1 cup broccoli
1 bowl of pasta
1 tbsn of parmesan
Generous knob of butter
Drizzle of olive oil
2 tsp of chopped garlic
2 small chopped spring onions
1 tbsn of chopped parsley
Handful of crushed walnuts
1/2 a lemon juiced and grate the peel
Black pepper to season


Boil vegetables and pasta until al dente. Melt butter with garlic and parsley.

Drain veg and pasta and combine with melted butter. Toss with nuts, onions, lemon and 1 tbsn of cheese.

Plate up, drizzle with oil, remainder of cheese and pepper to taste.
