Quick, easy and satisfying!


A fist of spaghetti

4 anchovy fillets chopped finely

2 cloves of crushed garlic

2 tbsn of olive oil

Red chilli flakes

A good sprinkle of parsley



Cook pasta as directed. Heat oil in pan on a low heat. Add garlic and stir for a few minutes ensuring it doesn’t go brown, add anchovies and stir for a minute.

Drain pasta when cooked, saving some pasta water. Add garlicy anchovy oil, some pasta water, parsley and chilli flakes and mix through. I like to use tongs. Serve with parmesan. πŸ‘ŒπŸ˜˜
