Had a fancy for this recipe this morning. Approx. 700 calories. Great weekend brunch!

Ingredients

2 slices of corned beef

3 frozen hash browns

Cup of chopped peppers & onions

1 slice of smoked cheese

1 egg

Dash of hot sauce

Tea spoon of cajun spice

Method

Chuck the hash browns in the air fryer for 10 mins, tear up a slice of cheese and top on hash browns, cook for a further 5 mins.

Saute vegetables, spices and hot sauce till golden.

Tear up meat and stir into veg mix for a few minutes till combined.

Build altogether and add pepper to taste! 🍳💋
