Yummy, easy fake-away. Love making this with leftover rice from curry night.


Cup of cooked rice

1 tsp of cooking oil

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp of garlic paste

1 tsp of chopped ginger

1 cup of mixed peppers

1/2 cup of mushrooms

1/2 cup of chopped onions

1 chopped spring onion

1/2 chicken breast

1 tsp of dark soya sauce

1 tsp of rice wine

2 tsp of light soya sauce

1 scrambled raw egg

Chilli oil


Heat oils in wok/pan (I used a pot). Stir fry vegetables until golden. Add garlic and ginger and stir fry for a few minutes. Add rice, mix and break up in heat. Add chicken and stir through. Add remaining liquid ingredients and stir through. Micro wave egg for bout 45 secs, then add to pot and mix through. Enjoy!
